| Rockets post lopsided win |

MONCTON, NB, December 30, 2011 - The Moncton Office Interiors Ricoh Rockets from the NB Midget AAA female Hockey League won the Saint John Rockets 16-0 Friday night in an exhibition game at the Jean-Louis Levesque Arena in Moncton.
For the Ricoh Rockets, Katherine Richard and Schyler Campbell with four goals and an assist each, Sarah Johnson with two goals and three assists and Brooke Murphy with a goal and four assists all had a five-point night. Sarah Bujold scored two goals, while Tinisha Daigle, Julia Steeves, Kaija Belec finished the scoring with one each.
Pascale Daigle with a 2.41 goals against average and 8-3-5 record on the season got her third shutout of the year. Shots were 45-9 for the Ricoh Rockets.
The Rockets finish the first half of the season with a 18-4-9 record.
The Moncton Rockets will now prepare for next weekend's DQ Tournament Januray 6 to 8 as they will go for gold. Ten midget AAA teams from Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick will compete. All midget AAA round robin games will be played at the Byron Dobson Arena in Riverview on Friday January 6 and Saturday January 7th.

| Rockets win 4-2 against Lightning |

The Moncton Office Interiors Ricoh Rockets of the New Brunswick Female Midget AAA Hockey League beat the Lewisville Lightning bantam AA boys team 4-2 in an exhibition game last night.
Katherine Richard led the Rockets with two goals. Sarah Bujold and Sarah Johnson also scored for the Rockets.
Rory Kelly and Jeremie Lirette replied for the Lightning.
The Rockets outshot the Lightning 24-20. Caroline LeBlanc was the winning goaltender and Kyle Taylor took the loss.

Moncton Officer Interiors Ricoh Rockets beat the Rothesay Netherwood Riverhawks twice in New Brunswick Midget AAA Female Hockey League play during the weekend.
Taylor Dale and Katherine Richard each scored two goals to lead the Rockets to a 7-0 win Saturday at the Kay Arena. Katie Haslett, Krysten Collins and Schyler Campbell also scored and Pascale Daigle made 11 saves to earn the shutout.
The Rockets beat the Riverhawks 7-4 yesterday at the J.K. Irving Centre in Bouctouche.
Campbell, with two, Richard, Hayley Reid, Julia Steeves, Monica Ouellette and Sarah Bujold scored for the Rockets while Caroline LeBlanc earned the goaltending win.
The Rockets will host the first Moncton Invitational AAA Tournament this weekend. The Rockets clash with the Northern Storm of Antigonish, N.S. on Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the J-Louis-Levesque Arena.
Rockets hold first place with a 4-0-2 record for 10 points; Bathurst is 2-2-2 for six points and RNS is now 0-4-0.

Moncton Office Interiors Ricoh Rockets clinched first place in the New Brunswick Female Midget AAA Hockey League with a 5-0 win over the Bathurst Northern Stars yesterday in Shediac.
Taylor Dale led the Rockets with three goals and an assist while Schyler Campbell added a pair of goals.
Caroline LeBlanc posted the shutout while Megan Sullivan suffered the loss in net.
The Rockets have compiled a 15-4-9 record this season.
Moncton and Bathurst played to a 2-2 tie Saturday at the Kay Arena. Sarah Bujold and Sarah Johnson scored for the Rockets while Jennifer Bell and Shania Carrier got the goals for the Stars.
Pascale Daigle was in net for Moncton while Marlene Boissonnault tended the cage for Bathurst.

MONCTON, NB, December 4, 2011 -- Two Halifax area teams skated away with the bantam AAA and midget AAA championships at the first Moncton Invitational AAA Female Hockey Tournament that was held on the weekend.
In the midget division final, Sarah Gagnier in the first, Breanna Lanceleve in the second and Amanda Volcko in the third scored to give the Halifax Metro Boston Pizza a 3-0 win over the Moncton Office Interiors Ricoh Rockets.
Jenna Pellerin and Olivia Burgess found the back of the net in the third period to lift the Halifax Hawks to a 2-0 blanking of the Bathurst North Stars in the bantam championship game.
The Rockets got by the Northern Stars from Bathurst in one midget semifinal while the Metro squad edged East Hants Pro Cresting Penguins 1-0 in overtime in the other.
Tournament organizers are pleased with the caliber of play demonstrated during the weekend for the first annual classic. A total of 16 teams from the Maritime Provinces and Québec took part in the tournament, including 10 in the midget division.
